We want you to be happy with Scavangeler. If something goes wrong, you can request a refund under the conditions below.

14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund for any purchase (publishing, republishing, resetting a hunt, or a subscription payment) within 14 days of the original transaction date. Just contact Paddle or our support team within that window and we'll process the refund.

Once a player has successfully completed a hunt, the hunt is considered fully delivered and no refund will be possible. We'll always review requests fairly and in good faith, and nothing here limits any statutory refund rights you have under consumer law in your country.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net to look up your order and request a refund, or contact our support team and we'll forward your request.

Failed or duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged for a transaction that didn't deliver the service, contact us and we'll process a refund outside the normal eligibility window.

Legally required refunds

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund rights you have under consumer law in your country.
